The process involves an initial consultation to identify the practice operational aspects along with the potential threats to the overall current risk management of the practice. Developed with the clear goals and objectives in mind for the practice, ARMOR develops an operational plan to identify, manage and review the current processes to reposition in a risk averse environment for the practice and staff.

A confidential tailored report is prepared for guidance in implementing current AUSTRAC requirements to assist in implementation outlining any changes to processes identified within the review to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the overall risk management goals of the practice and compliance with legislation.

The process can address identified issues or be a whole of business approach, dependent on the objectives and outcomes desired by the stakeholders.
