Implementation and Ongoing Review

Implementation is effected by mapping out a plan to change processes where identified, to ensure that risk is addressed within the daily operations of the practice. This may be achieved by change systems and procedures, use of ICT systems to enhance protection, use of standardised content to effect processes and advice and to overlay the advice element in a controlled way to achieve the overall goals of the practice.

Attendance at partner meetings and/or staff training assists the overall management of the process and this is on offer should the practice require. Each practice is unique, and policies and procedures are developed and implemented with the goals and objectives of the practice in mind. There is no "one size fits all" approach to this advice but is coordinated with the stakeholders of the practice.
