Formalise the Process


The process involves an initial consultation to identify the practice operational aspects along with the potential threats the overall current risk management of the practice. Developed with the clear goals and objectives in mind with each practice, ARMOR develops an operational plan to identify, manage and review the current processes to reposition in a risk averse environment for the practice and staff.

A confidential report is prepared to assist in implementation along with staff meetings to assist in outlining any changes to processes identified within the review to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the overall risk management goals of the practice.

The process is unique for each accounting practice and is tailored to meet the requirements of the principals. The process can address identified issues or be a whole of business approach, dependant on the objectives and outcomes desired by the practice.
